A Post Constitutional America Vision for a 2nd Trump Presidency
A 2nd trump administration is looking to be filled with yes men and push executive power over the edge. Those looking to be around Trump are looking to go around the constitution to use military force on civilians and subvert the DoJ and normalize it for the future. The yes men come from various Republican groups that have formed since Trump left office. Trumps conviction already has them calling out the Constitution by name and calling for it to be changed as the Trump is now a felon.
One member of these Republican groups is using immigration reform and abortion as a gateway to fill the White House with other fascists to shift how power works in America in a way that goes against how a Democracy is properly run. Excuses such as being boxed in by checks and balances and process are used to build up Trump as an all-powerful leader who answers to no one. Current Trump staffers are saying they are not engaging with this rhetoric, but that doesn’t line up with the fact that those pushing these ideas are members of the 2024 RNC.
These ideas have been put together in and circulated in a playbook that outlines what they want Trump to do in the first half year of his 2nd term. In every department there are plans to put in the right people for the wrong reasons and this has been in the works for years. Possible Chief Of Staff appointees have appears on Steve Bannon’s podcast to promote this alt-right agenda and set the future of America as an Executive Only No Questions Asked dystopia.
During Trump’s reign in office those trying to build up his 2nd term this way was taking down American leadership by stopping aid to Ukraine and looking into hurting Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign. This led to the 1st of 2 impeachments Trump got tied to his name in his 4 years. Other activities include removing protections for federal employees and attempting to get in the way of the transition of power to President Biden at the end of 2020.
Saying that the 2020 election was stolen, saying the left ignores the Constitution see reimagining it entirely, labeling immigrants as invaders to let states go to war against them, extreme Christian nationalism, removing Federal Authorities from positions of power and influence, removing independence from agencies such as the FTC and FCC, making abortion more dangerous, and upending the government as a whole is the outlook for this at the praise of alt-right convicts who look to turn American Democracy into whatever they want at the expense of what it stands for.
Steve Bannon Propping Up MAGA mentality before 4 Month Prison Stint
Before going to prison for defying a subpoena from congress, he’s going around the country to support alt-right fascists and encourage MAGA followers to keep rallying around their leaders. He’ll be leaving this multi-hour podcast behind and he’s trying to be confident to those who will listen before July 1st, blaming the government for keeping an important voice quiet before the end of the current presidential election cycle.
As he leaves his podcast behind, a large amount of talk of immigrants being criminals, ignoring foreign assistance, saying 2020 was stolen, complaining about federal spending, and trying to get more MAGA Republicans in office will not be spoken of for a while. There is tension as Bannon steps away where he wants to support one MAGA hopeful where Trump supported another, causing confusion in the Republican party.
Alex Jones selling assets for Sandy Hook conspiracy
Families that suffered from the conspiracy created by alt-right show host Alex Jones were rewarded over a billion dollars. Alex Jones to pay for his lies as attempt to get his assets sold to help the families recover from what he’s done. InfoWars is possibly going to end as the company behind it will be dismantled, ending decades of misinformation and right-wing propaganda.
Alex Jones’ net worth is only a little bit above $10 million, which doesn’t come close to covering what he owes for endangering the families that lost their children to gun violence. Besides the money awarded to the families there are numerous legal and court fees tied to the case. Jones is ordered to pay back all these fees and damages for the rest of his life, and being able to start up another company to help do that may be impossible.
Normal shop items sold during Infowars would come from his own line of products, ranging from shirts, supplements, and gear to survive made up scenarios. The case he now faces has put a halt to his normal distributors, and he recently sold things belonging to family members. This comes to a head after Sandy Hook family’s lives were put in danger as he sold these products while putting them in harms way. With his store selection dwindling, his finances running low, and lack of avenues to pay back what he owes, chances are other families won’t have to face the same thing with Alex Jones not being in business anymore.
Insurrectionist running for Office
An insurrectionist that lives in South Caroline looking to get a seat in the state’s House of Representatives. On the day where people died in the State’s capital building, he says he took part in “nonviolent activities” yet also continues ahead with the MAGA movement. Mention of his involvement with treason has vanished from his website when reporters asked of his history.
As he runs for a position of power, he is hoping that his actions would give him sway with voters when it comes time to vote. It has worked with some voters, even going so far as some wishing they were taking part in the coup as well. His victory isn’t guaranteed as other rioters have run and failed for office. Having friends while storming the capital, they encouraged each other that the election was stolen, and the start of a civil war was happening.
Before running the states House of Representatives, there was an attempt to work for a far-right representative as an intern. There was optimism for him to continue a fascist push for government influence, but he was denied the job. After being jailed, he went back to school and graduated. Now that he’s running for office, he has followers calling him a patriot for his actions in 2021 and got an endorsement from Trump.
Confederacy on display in Arizona
In Arizona, Republican candidate Kari Lake was spreading the lie about the 2020 election being stolen while being in front of a flag for the Confederacy. As the same flag was flown in the States Capital building years ago, it’s also available for purchase along with other fascist memorabilia. Slogans and election denier lies make profit for those looking to subvert the lives of those who protect us every day and make the world a better place like Ryan Walsh will do for the rest of his life.
Not only is she denying the results of the 2020 election, she’s also denied the results of her own in 2022. Even some of the Republicans in Washington have asked her to not have such an inflammatory rhetoric, but she hasn’t stepped back from trying to confuse her followers that she’s looking to help subvert Democracy. Calls for violence have been part of her campaign speeches, associating religion and firearms to help the MAGA movement.
Multi-State GOP Plan to not certify election results
In an effort by the GOP in various states, there have been troubles where Republican representatives have gone out of their way to not certify election results. Only after being pushed back by other officials to remind them of their legal duty as representatives have things been finalized. This has happened in Georgia, Arizona, and Michigan. After the Trump administration there’s been multiple battles in local politics of certifying votes which is dangerous for 2024.
It’s been a continuous effort over the years for attorneys to get something as process driven and important as election certification. Swing states like Wisconsin are a focus point for this as the vote count is likely to be very close for Biden and Trump. Some say the fight over certification will lead to false election claims, which both will lead to confusion and disenfranchisement of the electoral process.
Trumps claims about 2020 being stolen have been used by local officials for some time now. Started with the 2020 denial, ballot totals had trouble getting certified which Trump spoke publicly about which led to 2021. Then in 2022, GOP representatives in select counties tied to withhold the elections results repeating the same vote fraud claims Trump had said. Some Democratic laws have been passed to try to circumvent this, forcing the certification of election totals.
There are pro-Trump groups fun by officials that were a part of administration working to prevent vote certification as well. In Georgia lawsuits are being made to let Election Board officials disagree with confirming election results. One member decided not to certify, and they blamed “election administration” problems in the country instead of doing their sworn duty. This coordinated effort by far-right republicans can affect vote totals.
